Key Qualifications: Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated expertise in applying ABA principles in educational settings Experience collaborating with general education and special education teams Ability to conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills Familiarity with developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans Willingness to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon submission Responsibilities: Provide direct behavior analytic services to students across three sites within the district Conduct observations, including within emotional support classrooms, to inform behavior supports Collaborate closely with school psychologists, teachers, and staff to develop and implement data-driven behavior plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions Support both general education and special education students Foster a positive and inclusive school climate through effective behavioral strategies Position Details: Full-time schedule: 37-40 hours per week Onsite role, working across all three school locations within the district Embrace the opportunity to pioneer the BCBA role and make meaningful connections with students and staff.
