Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract We're partnering with a supportive local school district to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support high school and post-secondary students while collaborating closely with special education teams and school staff across multiple campuses. Position Details School Year: August 12, 2026 - June 3, 2027 Hours: 30 hours per week Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch Student Population: Grades 9-12+ (including post-secondary students) Sites: 2-3 school sites Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff and families Monitor student progress and behavioral data Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across campuses May supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Qualifications Active BCBA certification required California experience preferred Previous school-based experience strongly preferred Ability to supervise RBTs preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $60-$70 per hour depending on experience and district placement Weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
