Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Elementary through High School Position Overview Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position offers the opportunity to help expand behavioral support services within a collaborative and student-focused district environment. The district is seeking a data-driven professional who can work effectively with teachers, administrators, psychologists, and support staff across multiple school settings. Location and Schedule This onsite-only role will support students throughout a district located in the greater Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania area, including nearby communities such as Lehighton, Palmerton, and Albrightsville. The BCBA will work across elementary, middle, and high school programs within the district while maintaining a full-time schedule of approximately 37-40 hours per week. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between school sites and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the school year. Responsibilities The BCBA will provide direct behavioral support services to both general education and special education students across a K-12 caseload. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, completing classroom observations, and supporting emotional support programs throughout the district. Additional duties include participating in IEP meetings, analyzing behavioral data, and partnering with school teams to implement effective student-centered interventions. Requirements Qualified applicants must hold active BCBA certification and have previous experience working within educational or pediatric environments. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as the BCBA will work closely with staff across multiple grade levels. Candidates should also be prepared to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references as part of the submission process. Compensation and Benefits This 2026-2027 contract position through Soliant Education offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $56-$62 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
