Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-based opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students under the supervision of appropriate school personnel
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
• Support students with a range of behavioral needs, including mild to severe behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB
• Michigan RBT credentials required
• No pending certifications accepted
• Ability to work with students exhibiting mild to severe behaviors, including aggressive behaviors
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
