Psychiatric Therapist

Department: Mental Health Unit

Shift: Day

Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Summary:

Acts as primary therapist and case manager/case coordinator for a group of patients. Coordinates, directs, formulates, and participates in all aspects of the treatment experience with the rest of the interdisciplinary team. Documents treatment progress and ensures continuity of care through discharge, including discharge planning.

Other information:

Licensed Mental Health Professional required includes LPC, LCSW and LPE-I. Lower level licensure may be considered if there is an agreed upon supervision plan and pathway to independent licensure.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
