A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to make a meaningful impact within a school setting near Chattanooga, TN. This position focuses on guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and the behavioral team, while lending expertise to the Special Education department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BCBA-level support and guidance to RBTs and behavioral team members in the school environment
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students experiencing behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with the Special Education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Supervise and provide consultative support for behavioral staff and school district programming
  • Support students from diverse backgrounds, promoting positive and inclusive educational outcomes
  • Work onsite, fully engaging with students and school personnel
  • Choose between full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) schedules, for the 2024-2025 school year

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license in the state of Tennessee
  • Demonstrated experience supporting school-based behavioral programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to conduct high-quality assessments and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices for student behavioral support
