Job TitleTrauma Therapist - FT (2 positions) Job Title NoteWill County State's Attorney - Children's Advocacy Center Job SummaryWorking in a multidisciplinary (MDT) environment, the Trauma Therapist supports children and families on their healing journey. Our therapists help promote safety, reduce trauma-related symptoms, build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster supportive relationships through individual, caregiver, and family therapy using evidence-based and strength-based approaches. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. This is an on-site role. Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field, required. Two years of professional experience providing trauma-focused evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents preferred. Illinois professional licensure (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, or equivalent), and ability to maintain all required licensure and continuing education. Valid State of Illinois Driver's License and minimum automobile insurance as required by law.
