Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. You will provide hands-on behavioral support to students in an educational setting, working closely with school staff and families to foster positive outcomes. This role covers the current school year through June 2027, with the opportunity to contribute to Extended School Year (ESY) programming after the core contract ends. Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working in a school-based setting is essential Demonstrated expertise providing behavioral support and interventions for K-12 students Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers Capacity to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across grade levels Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative behavior analytic services to K-12 students Observe, assess, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans addressing diverse needs Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, revising strategies as appropriate Provide ongoing staff and caregiver training in implementation of plans and best practices Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation Remain available for ESY assignments following completion of the standard school year This engaging opportunity offers the chance to make a significant difference for students and contribute your knowledge in a dynamic, hands-on environment across multiple grade levels.
