The summer program focuses on providing crucial behavioral support for the Autism Program, spanning two well-established elementary school locations. Your expertise will help ensure students receive high-quality, individualized assistance to maximize their growth during the summer term. Key Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required) Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric/elementary settings preferred Proven reliability and ability to commit to all scheduled program days Comfortable collaborating onsite throughout the entire summer program Strong communication and teamwork skills Primary Responsibilities: Deliver individualized behavioral support to students as part of the Autism Program Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success Collect and accurately document data on student progress and behavioral interventions Participate in required professional development and orientation dates (6/23 - 6/24) Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a dynamic school environment Program Details: Professional development: 6/23 - 6/24 (Tues/Wed, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Program: 7/6 - 8/6 (Mon-Thurs, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 28 hours/week) Imagine making a tangible difference for children this summer, all while working within a supportive collaborative team.
