Behavioral Health Consultant- Pediatric

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time (40/hour per week)

Locations available: Morristown, TN and Talbott, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct crisis assessments for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health issues.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to stabilize clients.
• Develop individualized care plans and refer clients to appropriate follow-up services.
• Deliver trauma-informed interventions in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure or license-eligible in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
