Proud Moments ABA is a nional behavioral health organizion, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the trement team- providing 1-1 specialized trement in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting. - Work o ne - on -o ne with a client to i mplement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect da to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized trement plan and report progress
- Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized trement plans
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintain clear lines of communicion with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
- Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
- Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
- Reliable personal transportion with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizional informion in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstred ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communicion skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document informion accurely
- Strong problem-solving skills and tention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
