Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $37.06 - $57.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Provides direct pient care in a behavioral health setting a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the organizion. Monitors the pient to maintain a safe environment, optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Responsibilities:

• Inities corrective action whenever pient presention shows adverse symptomology.
• Responds to pient care situions utilizing nursing standards and protocols for trement.
• Provides psychiric nursing to a complex behavioral health pient populion in a complex environment.
• Handles critical and highly stressful situions, reacting decisively with efficiency and composure.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take approprie action.

Requirements:

• Gradue of an accredited or ste board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
• Ste licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• Advanced CPI within 30 days of hire.
• BLS through the American Heart Associion or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start de. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
