Full-Time, School Hours | 1:1 Support for 4th Grade Student

About the Role:
Solana Beach School District is seeking a Behavioral Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a 4th-grade student in the SEAS program within San Marcos Unified School District .

This student has significant behavioral needs (including cussing, elopement, and oppositional behaviors), and the right person will be patient, steady, and skilled in behavior intervention strategies to help them succeed in their specialized setting.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, MondayFriday during school hours
• Placement located in San Marcos Unified
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Immediate start urgent placement to maintain students program enrollment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Familiarity with ABA strategies, data collection, and de-escalation techniques
• Must pass background check and meet district onboarding requirements

Pay Range:

• $26.00 $32.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
