R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you who speak French, Spanish Creole, or Haitian Creole to expand our network in Lebanon and surrounding areas in Indiana. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Required Qualifications:

Independently licensed in the State of Indiana (MHC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)

Minimum of a master's degree in mental health

Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000

Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.

If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
