Minimum Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Supervised experience as required for BCBA certification.
  • Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Experience supervising or providing direction to paraprofessionals, RBTs, or district staff in school settings.
  • Experience completing required educational documentation (IEPs, progress reports, prior written notice) and adhering to district policies for documentation and billing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in K12 public school settings.
  • Experience with classroom consultation and implementation of evidence-based behavior strategies.
  • Mentorship or training experience for new graduates or less experienced staff.

Impacting Patient Care

You will prepare and maintain written materials such as IEPs, progress reports, and required notices. You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement BIPs, collect and analyze behavioral data, and supervise RBTs and other staff. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality services and complete documentation and billing per district policies. You will apply current research to inform programming and provide training and direction to district personnel.
