Registered Behavior Technician - Kingston, PA

Make a meaningful impact in students' lives as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity offers full-time hours and the chance to work closely with students who need behavioral support across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Youll serve as a floating RBT, providing essential assistance to students, primarily those with autism or who require emotional support, tailoring interventions to their unique needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Able to provide own supervision in accordance with certification requirements
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or emotional needs is highly valued
• Comfort working across different age groups within a single campus

Role Overview:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions to students based on their individualized plans
• Work onsite in a school setting, supporting students who exhibit challenging behaviors
• Flexibly rotate between classrooms or grade levels, serving as a go-to resource for staff and students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to monitor and record progress
• Commit to full-time hours (37.5 per week), mid-August through June 2027
