Assignments will range from part-time placements at elementary schools to full-time roles, with caseloads averaging around 60 students and approximately 12 evaluations per day. Required qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist certification
  • Current IVP Fingerprint Card
  • Prior experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings
  • Strong pen-and-paper evaluation skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Synergy platforms (highly preferred)
  • Ability to be autonomous, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced school environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district policies
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for students as needed
  • Serve in multiple school sites, adapting to each unique environment
