Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification.
• Experience working in elementary and/or high school settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Adaptable approach to meeting a range of student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help design appropriate accommodations or supports.
• Provide counseling services to students coping with academic, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Support crisis intervention efforts as needed.
• Promote a positive school climate through consultation and advocacy.
