Position Overview
We are seeking qualified Certified Behavioral Technicians (CBTs) to support students in school-based settings. The CBT works closely with students who have behavioral, developmental, or emotional needs, implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and supporting positive behavior outcomes in the classroom.
This posting supports multiple current and future openings across various school districts and surrounding areas. Applicants may be considered for immediate placements or added to our active talent pool for upcoming CBT opportunities.
Assignments may include 1:1 student support, small-group assistance, and participation in classroom and school-related activities.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision
Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students
Collect and track behavioral data accurately
Support students in developing social, emotional, and coping skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and BCBA supervisors
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Follow all confidentiality and ethical guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
Experience working with children, students, or individuals with behavioral needs
CBT, RBT, or related behavioral certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to follow behavior plans and implement interventions consistently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Additional requirements (such as background checks, fingerprinting, health screenings, CPR certification, or driving eligibility) may apply depending on assignment and state regulations.

Compensation
Pay Range: Approximately $25$35 per hour , depending on location, experience, certifications, and assignment details
