We're growing quickly and are looking for a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) who is eager to build strong clinical foundations in a center-based setting. Your Role
As a PLBA, you'll manage a small, supportive caseload while receiving comprehensive clinical training and supervision from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Directors. This role is designed to help you grow confidently as a clinician while developing the skills needed for long-term success as a fully licensed BCBA.
You'll receive extensive, hands-on training and supervision, with significant opportunities to accrue supervised fieldwork hours as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Administrative burden is intentionally kept low so you can focus on learning, clinical quality, and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support and assist with initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)Help develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervisionProvide direct supervision and coaching to RBTs, with guidance and mentorshipCollect, review, and analyze client data to support treatment decisionsParticipate in caregiver meetings and monthly check-ins alongside supervising BCBAsProvide hands-on clinical support in the center as neededMaintain accurate clinical documentation with supervision and feedbackActively participate in training, supervision meetings, and professional developmentUphold ethical standards and clinical best practices
Requirements
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (completed or in progress, as applicable)Active Provisional License as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri (PLBA)Enrollment in, or completion of, required coursework toward BCBA certificationStrong organizational and communication skillsPassion for early intervention and center-based ABADesire for mentorship, growth, and collaborative team-based care
