Psychiatric Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Appalachian Regional Healthcare.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- 2 plus yrs current Psych experience.

Special Requests:- Travel Pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.- RN must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.- Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hrs of an offer.- Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.

Shift & Scheduling:- You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12).- Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements:- Float required within scope of practice.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
