Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current Special Education (SPED) certification/license for Oregon is mandatory
• Experience providing behavioral interventions in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior intervention support to students in classroom and small group settings
