Leeward Counseling is a brand new Mental Health Counseling agency in Hanover, MA. Leeward is a nautical term referring to the wind being at the back, pushing the boat along – which is a fabulous analogy for the therapy process. Leeward Counseling strives to be different than many other agencies, where we value the rapport between clinician and client as the top priority. Our goal is to make therapy as comfortable, un-intimidating and productive as possible and explore what the client needs most for therapy style and connection to be successful. We believe that therapy needs to get back to its true intention of relieving symptoms and find the most effective way to do so.
