Since the 1970's Comprehensive has been providing hope and services to children, adults and families. The agency, a private nonprofit organization, provides a full range of mental health, chemical dependency, housing, veterans, domestic violence, and sexual assault services as well as community education and other specialized services throughout Yakima, Kittitas, Klickitat, Walla Walla and Benton/Franklin Counties.

Comprehensive maintains offices in Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Yakima, Sunnyside, Pasco, Walla Walla, Goldendale, and White Salmon. Comprehensive offers residential services in Yakima, Ellensburg, and Sunnyside and owns over 80 housing units throughout Yakima & Kittitas Counties.

The agency is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors comprised of interested community members, who live in the areas served by Comprehensive. Comprehensive employees more than 375 trained and dedicated staff.
