Elevate Recovery Centers was established in August of 2020. ERC is a dual-diagnosis treatment center and offers a safe, accepting, and healthy environment for those surviving substance use and mental health disorders. Our programs include evidence-based practices to assist our clients in achieving their goals. Our mission is to enhance the dignity and quality of life for individuals surviving with substance use disorders. Our services include outpatient, intensive outpatient, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, experiential counseling, relapse prevention therapy, case management, health/hygiene education, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric care.
