Grace Connection Services is especially committed to serving Washington State’s most vulnerable Medicaid Apple Health populations—people experiencing homelessness, living with disabilities, or managing the complexities of mental health and addiction challenges. We embrace trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, always centering the needs, strengths, and aspirations of our clients at every step.
