Child / Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid/Remote)

Firefly Mental Health, LLC in Albuquerque, NM 87109 is seeking a dedicated Child / Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position offers in-person, remote or hybrid depending on client population.

Job Expectations:

• Independently Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) ONLY

• Experience working with children, adolescents and families (ages 3-18) and/or experience working with adults

• Expertise in a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities (Nurtured Heart Approach, CBT, play therapy, family therapy, EMDR etc.)

• Passion for helping children and families work through emotional and behavioral challenges

• Ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals

• Ability to work independently while seeking support when needed

• Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions pursuant to the DSM-5

• Ability to complete timely well written documentation including treatment plans and notes

• Willingness to work with diverse populations and cultures

• Must have strong ethical standards and adherence to professional codes of conduct

• Ability to easily build rapport and trust with clients and their familie

Hourly: Competitive pay starting at $60/clinical hour for child/adolescent therapists and $55/clinical hour for all others
