ESU2 is looking for a therapist to provide mental health services in school settings during the 2025-2026 academic year (about 39 weeks). Experience working with school-age youth and families is a plus. This position involves coordinating with school staff, families, and community resources to support students' mental health.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual and group therapy and crisis intervention to students

Collaborate with school teams and community partners

Complete timely clinical documentation according to policies and procedures

Attend and participate in school and community meetings

Offer staff training and mental health consultations

What You Bring:

Clinical licensure (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or equivalent)

Strong clinical skills and trauma informed experience

Organizational skills and a positive, motivated attitude
