Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact with referred families and build rapport
- Conduct therapeutic sessions in the home or community
- Complete assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical interventions and therapeutic support based on authorized hours
- Offer crisis intervention and family advocacy as needed
- Collaborate with school staff, case managers, courts, and other stakeholders
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, including weekly progress notes
- Attend field supervision with a Clinical Supervisor
- Ensure consistent communication with internal support and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure in NJ: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT
- Clinical Experience: Skilled in working with children, adolescents, and families facing mental health or developmental challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with moderate computer use for clinical documentation
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and reference review
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in Intensive In-Community (IIC) or Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
- Background in working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with NJ’s Cyber PerformCare system
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
Compensation:
Hourly rates vary based on experience, licensure, travel area, caseload, and specialization.
- Independently Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, PsyD): $90–$100/hour
- Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT): $70–$78/hour
