Key Responsibilities:

• Make initial contact with referred families and build rapport
• Conduct therapeutic sessions in the home or community
• Complete assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical interventions and therapeutic support based on authorized hours
• Offer crisis intervention and family advocacy as needed
• Collaborate with school staff, case managers, courts, and other stakeholders
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, including weekly progress notes
• Attend field supervision with a Clinical Supervisor
• Ensure consistent communication with internal support and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure in NJ: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT
• Clinical Experience: Skilled in working with children, adolescents, and families facing mental health or developmental challenges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with moderate computer use for clinical documentation
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and reference review

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in Intensive In-Community (IIC) or Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
• Background in working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with NJ’s Cyber PerformCare system
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities

Compensation:

Hourly rates vary based on experience, licensure, travel area, caseload, and specialization.

• Independently Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, PsyD): $90–$100/hour
• Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT): $70–$78/hour
