The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the following position for the 2025-26 school year:

Position: Mental Health Therapist

Location: Abraham Lincoln High School

Hours: 7:25 a.m. - 3:25 p.m. (8.0 hrs/day)

Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Required: Master's degree in social work or mental health field from a four-year accredited college or university

• Preferred: Experience working in an educational setting and with students who have behavior needs

LICENSES

• Required: Valid Iowa licensure (LMSW, LISW, LMHC, TLMHC)
