RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Povide psychoeducation in Community Events, if neededAssist in Crisis Situations, Baker Acts if neededParticipate in Peer Review ProcessMaintain full caseloadQuality of Care: Patient Satisfaction surveys must reflect a minimum of 10% of caseload.Patient satisfaction must be rated 85% or aboveClinical Documentation Integrity must reflect:Diagnosis based on criteriaAppropriate Medication to cover diagnosisPerson-Centered Documentation (Individualized)Timely Documentation (48 hours for Medication Management; 72 hours for Psychiatric Evaluation)Must follow guidelines and protocols of the organizationCommunity Relations (Communication with fellow providers, patients, families and staff, appropriate business attire, Peer Review Surveys)Patient safety must reflect CARF and Organizational Guidelines will be reviewed in Quarterly Performance Review)Quarterly Performance Evaluation scores must reflect standardsContinuing Education Requirements must be met and submitted promptly to the Human Resources department upon completion and/or upon requestProfessional Liability Insurance must be updated yearly (if applicable)Work flexible hours in order to meet the organization's needs/demands.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Master's or Bachelor degree in human services from an approved, accredited institutionThree years' experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents and/or adults.LMHC, LMFT, LCSW license or license eligibleCPR/First Aid CertificationProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must hold a current, unrestricted, state appropriate driver's license.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsUnquestioned personal and professional integrityInnovative and analytic problem-solving abilitiesA dedicated work ethicExcellent computer skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Pay: **Potential earnings: $2,000 - $4,000 per month
