Tides of Change Behavioral Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing team in York, PA. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in-person and remotely, supporting your ideal work-life balance while delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.

Who We Are

Tides of Change Behavioral Health Services is a clinician-owned outpatient practice that delivers warm, evidence-based care to adults, children, and families. We specialize in supporting clients through life transitions, mental health and substance use conditions. 

What You’ll Do

• Based on your expertise, provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to an outpatient caseload.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical documentation

• Deliver evidence-based care tailored to your clinical strengths (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, etc.)

• Collaborate with physicians, schools, and outside support systems as appropriate

• Attend monthly clinical meetings and participate in peer consultation groups

What You Bring

• Active PA license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (LSW considered with clinical supervision in progress) 

  • AND

• At least one year of outpatient experience (post-licensure preferred; strong internship considered)

• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records (SimplePractice preferred)

• Strong clinical documentation and time management skills

• Ability to pass PA criminal background, child abuse, and FBI clearances

Nice to Have

• Training/certification in any treatment modality (EMDR, Internal Family Systems, etc) and/or expertise in any clinical area (eating disorder, trauma, substance use, sports anxiety, etc. 

• Experience with health psychology, chemical dependency, or group facilitation

• Interest in running community workshops or therapy groups

• Bilingual abilities

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $100.00/hour

• Annual Range (Estimate): $47,350 – $78,230 depending on hours and pay structure
