Primary Mental Health Therapist

United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our outstanding Clinical Team. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of mental health disorders, and have the skills and compassion necessary to work in this environment. Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist Responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan. Assists in coordinating discharge planning. Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment. Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed. Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care. Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure. Pay Range $65,000 to $75,000 annually commensurate with experience. A minimum of 2-year experience working in Mental Health required. Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required. Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida required. KIPU EMR knowledge preferred. Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred.
