Core Responsibilities of the Primary Therapist Responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy Conducts psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. Collaborates with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan. Assists in coordinating discharge planning. Provides structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment. Maintains communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed. Works as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care. Promotes a positive morale and maintain professional composure. Pay Range $65,000 to $75,000 annually commensurate with experience. A minimum of 2-year experience working in Mental Health required. Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required. Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida required. KIPU EMR knowledge preferred. Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred.
