Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with students in a school-based setting near Centreville, VA . This is a full-time contract opportunity for the upcoming school year, with potential to extend based on performance and district needs.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or instructional aides

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Ensure compliance with IEP goals and documentation requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB

• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must pass background check and meet state licensure requirements (if applicable)
