Key Responsibilities -Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for newclients and families, creating a welcoming and understandingenvironment for diverse backgrounds. - Provide tailored outpatientindividual and family therapy based on the unique needs andcircumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing andresilience. - Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans,relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting themaintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in theirmental health journey. - Actively participate in caseconsultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,contributing your expertise to enhance client care. - Ensure timelycompletion of billing, documentation, individualized treatmentplans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the higheststandards of professional responsibility. - Engage in collaborativecare with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to providea holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications - Possessa Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and FamilyTherapy, or a related field. - If required, provisional license perstate regulation. - Educational background that leads to or hasresulted in professional licensing. - Passionate about mentalhealth and committed to providing high-quality care. - Dedicated toongoing professional development in mental health including freesupervision and continuing education. - Eager to collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to enhance client care. - Strong commitmentto ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. - Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport with clients andfamilies. - Ability to manage time effectively and completedocumentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
