Are you a  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or a Licensed Master Social worker passionate about helping individuals find healing and hope in their mental health journey? With the option for hybrid work in Waseca, MN, you can make a difference both in person and through Telehealth services across the state of Minnesota.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs
• Provide marriage and family therapy to support relationships
• Perform mental health assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans
• Offer psychotherapy sessions to address emotional and psychological challenges
• Administer psychological testing to evaluate cognitive and emotional functioning

Required Skills:

• Experience in co-occurring disorders and dual diagnosis treatment
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure
• Proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques
• Knowledge of family counseling and therapy approaches
• Ability to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in clinical supervision for counseling interns
• Expertise in group counseling and behavioral therapy methods
• Licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Specialization in working with specific populations or mental health issues

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $38,400.00
• Maximum Salary: $53,670.00
