Point Quest is hiring - school-based LMFT Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Northern California Preparatory School, an education site of Point Quest Group, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with strong group therapy expertise to join our specialized middle and high school program in Sacramento, California. Our student population includes adolescents with Type 1, high-functioning autism and co-occurring mental health needs. This role focuses on designing and leading therapeutic groups that support social development, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Why Join Us? Active California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Cleared PPS credential with CTC. DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & Tuberculosis Clearance. Experience leading group therapy for adolescents, especially neurodivergent populations Background in autism spectrum disorders and adolescent mental health Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and evidence-based group modalities School-based or educational setting experience preferred Physical Requirements: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes. Frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Normal vision and hearing, with or without correction.
