Job Title- Mental Health Therapist - Albuquerque, NM

Employment- Full time

Pay- $75,000-$80,000 Annually and benefits .

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our team in New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns

* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs

* Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes

* Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed

* Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications: * Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field * License eligible in the state of New Mexico * At least three years previous counseling experience required * Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as psychology, therapy and counseling approaches * Strong analytical skills to assess a patient's situation and build treatment plans * Excellent listening skills to best understand a patient's issues and concerns * Excellent communication skills to effectively guide patients and establish trust * Crisis intervention skills to respond to patients in acute distress * All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs License accepted: ACSW, LCPC, LICSW, LIMHP, LMFT, LMHC, LMHP, LMSW, LPC, LPCC, LSW.
