Penn Medicine is looking for an experienced RN to join our Medical Neurology Oncology unit as the Assistant Nurse Manager. This role is full time and night shift, hour are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 36 hours per week.
The MNO Unit is a 36-bed unit with multiple sub-specialties (neurology, oncology, and psychiatry). It has a specialized focus on stroke, seizures, epilepsy, other neurological conditions, oncology which includes the administration of chemotherapy. Because of the multiple sub-specialties, nurses are required to meet mandatorypetencies such as ACLS, stroke scale certification, CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), and chemotherapypetency.
