Job Title: Print Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Valhalla, NY
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment. The role involves assisting with copy and print jobs as needed, providing quality customer service, and maintaining an organized workflow.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $18/hr - $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment
Assist with copy and print jobs as needed
Provide quality customer service and maintain organized workflow
May be required to move heavy equipment (up to 700 lbs.) on wheels for servicing
Perform tasks that may require standing, walking, bending, or stretching for extended periods
Walk between buildings as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
Previous experience with copy/print production preferred
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
