Role Overview
Join us as we expand our therapy services to meet growing need in the local community. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys independent work while benefiting from a culture of shared consultation and supporting trainee development.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate, timely records in our EHR

• Participate in team consultation and supervise or mentor trainees (optional)

• Collaborate with assessment-focused colleagues and integrate care plans

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health discipline

• Current Hawaii licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD), or license-eligible

• Excellent communication, strong clinical judgment, and ability to collaborate

• Clients with diverse backgrounds—cultural humility and inclusivity valued

• EHR experience preferred, willingness to mentor trainees a plus
