While our office officially opened in 2022, our core team has a shared history of working together that spans several years. We are committed to providing exceptional, individualized mental health care using up-to-date, research-based approaches. As our client base expands, we&re excited to welcome a new therapist to help meet the increasing demand for both in-person and virtual services.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Psychotherapist at Lifespan, you will:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse clientele.
- Complete progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain all client documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards (eg, HIPAA).
- Actively participate in case conferences and peer consultation groups as needed
- Stay current with legal and ethical standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.
Who We&re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master&s Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- A current and active license in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Proven experience providing psychotherapy to a range of clientele.
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents is a significant plus, though not required.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
