Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Professional for our Behavioral Health Program! This position is not a remote position and you will be required to work on site.
***Up to $2000 sign-on retention bonus! Potential to earn up to $7,000 in client retention bonuses! Graduation bonus plan for employees!***
***Paid supervision for internship hours***
About the Program:
At Sunrise Services we believe in the integration of services to treat the whole person. Our Behavioral Health program provides a wide-range of outpatient behavioral health care services to address patient needs; whether it be substance use, depression or anxiety, the first stages of dementia, or more acute, severe mental illness.
At our clinic, we help client's with diagnosis' ranging from mood disorders to personality disorders. Our team is dedicated to helping our community, our clients, and each other. All therapists receive their own private office space, with access to therapy conference rooms. Our work environment is calm, welcoming, inclusive, and diverse.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery
Conducts intakes, individual, group, and family therapy
Complete at least three assessments per day, as needed
Communicate with clients through appointments and assessments
Focus on casework as needed
Utilize Motivational Interviewing style to listen and provide feedback to clients
Consults clinical staff and medication management services as needed
Performs other duties as assigned.
Treatment Services
Utilize solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy and group process, provide this treatment, and share this knowledge with other staff.
Communicate with consumers and family members to obtain information regarding consumer's needs and objectives, interests, skills, and support systems.
Develop consumer-focused, goal-oriented treatment plans, which address the specific needs of the consumer.
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and revise care plans regularly.
Maintain consumer records in keeping with agency, county, and state guidelines.
Act as a backup for other team members.
Respond promptly to client needs.
Support and encourage recovery model.
Utilize clinical supervision for clarification of questions and concerns, support, understanding role expectations, feedback and accountability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
Education: Bachelor's Degree or further advanced degree in counseling or one of the social sciences. If you can obtain a certified AAC or Licensed AAC or have an Associates License (LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA) or Full Independent License (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), please apply.
Experience: At least five years of experience in supervised direct treatment of persons with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, or a Mental Health Professional (MHP), or a professional with significant career related experience working towards hours of completion for MHP status.
Licensure/Certifications:
Must have one of the following: Mental Health Professional (MHP), AAC Certification, AAC License, Associate License, or Full Licensure.
Washington State driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance
Compensation:
$25 - $36.52 per hour depending on applicable experience
Full independent license pays more
Up to $2,000 sign on bonus
Graduation bonus plan ($1,000 after an existing employee graduates a masters program and achieves an Associate or AAC-License status!)
Benefits:

Paid vacation - Earned at .04 per hour worked for hourly employees, and 6.67 per month for salary (equates to about 2 weeks per year for full-time employees)
Sick Leave - 1 hour per 40 hours worked (equates to about 52 hours for full-time)
Holiday pay, with 8 holidays observed
Paid Floating' Holiday to be used on a day of choice
