We're seeking a Behavioral Technician looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a School Based setting. This is an opportunity to provide a safe and therapeutic encompassment for pediatric-aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We incorporate an innovative and therapeutic environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace.

Position Types Available: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with children, preferably special needs preferred
  • Proven ability to work within a team, leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Strong core values, such as integrity, loyalty, trust, leadership, team work are required
  • Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Implements and carries out processes and procedures to improve the quality of life of clients as it relates to their individual behavior support plan
  • Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills, including but not limited to Registered Behavior Technician training
  • Becomes fluent in the understanding and application of each child's Behavior Support Plan
  • Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients, including maintaining daily records

Hourly Salary Ranges

  • Full-Time: $20.00 - $24.00

Compensation is based on skill set, experience and caseload.
