Summary of Position:
The Family-Based Mental Health Therapist works in a co-therapy team to provide intensive, time-limited therapy to children and their families. This position involves conducting individual, family, parent, and sibling therapy sessions, as well as case management. Services are provided to children at risk of placement who require an intensive treatment modality. The role may require working 2-3 evenings a week and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Compensation: Masters Level - $52,000 -$55,000/annually

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in counseling, therapy, psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field
- Experience in therapy, children services, or in a mental health setting.
- Minimum of two years of experience or full-time equivalent paid experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Cultural competence and a commitment to family preservation philosophy.
- Proficient with computers and Office 365; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
