We are currently seeking a Remote BCBA to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a direct impact on students and families across Ohio. Job Summary: The Remote BCBA will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students in school settings. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective behavioral strategies are delivered through a virtual service model. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations virtually. Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs or paraprofessionals (if applicable). Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and school personnel to support student behavior goals. Track and analyze data to assess progress and inform decision-making. Provide virtual consultation and coaching to educators and parents. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (including IDEA and FAPE requirements). Maintain accurate and timely documentation using secure platforms. Participate in IEP meetings and other student support planning sessions remotely. Qualifications: Required: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB. Active Ohio Behavior Analyst License (through the Ohio Board of Psychology). At least 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric ABA services. Strong data collection and analysis skills. Proficiency with virtual platforms and digital documentation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Experience with telehealth or virtual ABA service delivery. Familiarity with IEP processes and educational settings.
