A facility is seeking a Psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Reading, Pennsylvania about 64 miles from Philadelphia.

This inpatient psychiatry opportunity is for an adult population, with coverage needed from a board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO starting as soon as credentialed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 or 5:00 p.m., with no call requirements. The provider will manage an average caseload of 16 adult patients, both new and existing, ages 18 and older. BLS certification is required. Support staff includes nurses, social workers, masters-level clinicians, and behavioral health technicians, and the provider will work as part of a team using EPIC EMR. The rate cap is $330 per hour, and coverage is ongoing.
