Psychiatrist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Newark, NJ

A state prison is seeking a psychiatrist for locums coverage.
The facility is located in Newark, NJ.
The following position provides direct clinical care to state prisoners, functions collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintains effective communication with staff and administration; Provides assessments, direct clinical care, and treatment to inmates; conduct comprehensive psychiatry assessments; participate in treatment planning. Psychiatrist to work 3 days a week. Credentialing takes roughly 90 days. There is an average of 8 patients per day. The provider must be board certified or board eligible.
