Start Date: August 2025 Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote School Psychologist to provide comprehensive virtual psychological services that support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of K-12 students. In this role, you will conduct assessments, offer counseling, collaborate with families and educators, and design effective intervention strategiesall within a virtual learning environment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive, inclusive, and success-driven atmosphere for every student. Key Responsibilities Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify and address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges affecting student performance. Conduct thorough virtual psychoeducational assessments, including reviewing records, administering evaluations, and interviewing students, staff, and families. Develop detailed, accurate reports that meet all federal, state, and district requirements. Clearly communicate assessment results and actionable recommendations to school teams and families. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans tailored to individual student needs. Provide one-on-one and group counseling via teletherapy, supporting students with academic, emotional, or social concerns. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering expert data analysis and professional guidance to support student outcomes. Provide virtual crisis intervention and immediate support as needed. Track and analyze student progress, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and effective. Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and procedural standards for school psychological services. Engage in professional learning and training opportunities to remain current with evolving best practices and educational requirements. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Active state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Preferred: At least 2 years of experience providing school-based psychological services. Expertise in assessments, IEP/504 development, and mental health counseling. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a student-focused approach. Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and other digital tools in a virtual setting. Technology Requirements High-speed, reliable internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). Ability to pass a quick tech screening to verify compatibility with our teletherapy platform.
