NYS OASAS Licensed Outpatient Clinic

Duties:

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Duties includes but not limited to:

• Maintaining and executing as well as developing and implementing clinic's policies and procedures
• Managing and supervising clinic staff
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of client care
• Collaborating with staff and outside agencies to optimize client outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Handling client complaints and incidents effectively
• Maintaining strong relationships with community partners to foster collaboration and mutual support
• Driving client growth by overseeing and optimizing marketing operations to ensure strategic outreach and engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Mental health/Addiction counseling: 5 years (Preferred)
• Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
